Has anyone been able to successfully use the shout module from http://docs.projectopus.com/releases/shout ?

I tried to use the module and I got an error saying that I didn't have the shout_helper.inc file. I couldn't find any such file anywhere on the internet so i edited the shout.module so that it wouldn't require the file, unfortunately it must really need that file because it is not working. Any Ideas?

I'd appreciate any input on this.

I just tried to implement this as well without success. When I click on the "Give user a shout" it just goes to the user profile page. I'm not sure if this is appropriate, and I'm supposed to theme the user profile page. The url returned is this. /user/5/node/add/shout/5 and this shows the profile page.
