Content Type Named /

When I first installed this, the content Type was named "/"
I had to go into Edit / under Edit Content Type and change the name to Task
Then I notice when I go to Add Content => Add Task
It says Create (nothing else) instead of Create Task
It says this in contrast to other Content Types that usually display as Create %content_type_name%
