When editing a piece of content which is assigned to a menu item, the updated message displays even if the menu item itself hasn't been changed at all. We should change this message so it only displays if some of the menu values have actually changed.

Considering the age of this issue with no comments and that Drupal 5 is no longer supported, I'm closing this ticket.
