Release notes
The updates are:
- jQuery 1.5.2.
- jQuery and jQuery UI CDN Support for both the Google and Microsoft CDNs.
- #1099056: Update version strings and other minor code cleanups by amateescu: String and other misc cleanup.
- #1106234: "Fatal error: Class 'Database' not found..." after update to latest 7.x-dev version fixed a pass by reference error.
- Set to exit if not acting on the system libraries (for performance).
