Issue Summary
Latest garlandrtl releases are not auto-generated from CVS. For the meanwhile, until I learn to team the beaset, here is an archive of the latest release.
If you can spot what's wrong - please help.

Here is a new version:
1. CSS files are now in the 'css' subdirectory of GarlandRTL.
2. Updated version of some CSS files.
3. Simplified installation.
4. Updated installation instructions on how to use colors.
