The activemenus component works well with #block-user-1 but not on menu-module generated blocks.

Tried on themes: garland, amadou and bluebreeze

I have the same problem. The user menu works with activemenu but my "Main Menu" doesn't.

This is fixed in HEAD, which also has some other improvements (book menu support, tree menu icons).

I didn't mean to tag Javascript Tools for a release (I was just getting used to the new system), but once done it can't be reversed. I'll post a 5.0 branch and also a new release when I get a chance.
