Alchemy not returning concept tags

Alchemy has not been returning concept tags for the past two days (3-4 Apr 2011). The horizontal progress bar just hangs. This has happened on two installations, one local, one remote. Alchemy is still extracting keywords and entities. I am submitting this as a bug report, since I have I have checked everything I could think of . . . uninstalled, reinstalled, etc.
