Notice: Undefined offset: 2 in acquia_spi_get_platform() (line 105 of /xxx/docroot/sites/all/modules/acquia_connector/acquia_spi/acquia_spi.module).

This error occurs when entering keys. My $_SERVER['SERVER_SOFTWARE'] is simply Apache and so there is no $webserver[2].
