Looks good to me. Only URL I couldn't confirm was for the wordcount plugin, but I couldn't find another page for it either.
If they do add a page for it, I think it's safe to assume it'll be on that address. So, shall we commit this?

If #970452: Fix TinyMCE plugin names and remove outdated plugin information gets in before this one, it'll be necessary to remove the change in the font plugin URL (it no longer exists).

patch applies well
but http://tinymce.moxiecode.com/wiki.php/Plugin:wordcount is a buggy (redirection) page.

It seems that the URLs have changed to http://www.tinymce.com/wiki.php/Plugin:xxxx, such as http://www.tinymce.com/wiki.php/Plugin:bbcode.
