Use Formatter Selector in Panels and Views

In cases where modules let the administrator to choose how to render fields (like in Panels or Views), I haven't found any way to tell these to ask Formatter Selector, at least not out of the box.
Therefor I've now created a patch which aims to handle these situations by offer an additional formatter (called Formatter Selector Inheriter).

Only tested for nodereferences.
