Drush command to list and delete OpenID associations

Great to see this module has drush integration, however I miss commands to

• list OpenID associations from specific user accounts, or from all accounts
• delete an OpenID association from a specific user account, or from all Drupal user accounts

I plan to use this module in our development workflow: all our developers can easily be given access to the same Drupal admin account without requiring them to learn yet another strong password. In case anyone leaves the company, the OpenID associations can be removed in batch. The same applies for Project Managers.
