Whenever I edit a video I submitted earlier, and submit the new changes, it forgets which thumbnail was associated with it. Instead, what it appears to do is take the last thumbnail I submitted and use that one instead. When I post a video without providing a thumbnail, it also uses the last thumbnail submitted. It would be great if a default thumbnail could be set when a thumbnail isn't provided (or ideally, automatic thumbnailing from a video).

not exactly the same, but i think close enough that it is the same cause.

whenever i "edit" my video to change an already uploaded video to a new video - the auto generated thumbnail does not get created (even though video file does get uploaded)

and the old thumbnail remains.

checking into the code now.
