It would be great to have user (not developer) documentation via Advanced Help for using workbench.

I think this is related to #1092172: Move documentation from README to d.o.?, since both require moving from text to HTML.

I found there to be a difference between the two. The documentation in the README, which could be moved to d.o handbook pages, is for developers. The documentation this ticket is intended for is content managers and creators.

This is a straight conversion from the README to Advanced Help. There is material in here for developers and content creators.
