Allow for %termpath to be constructed in menu links & Git repo

I've created a patch that will allow for a hierarchical taxonomy to be used for this module. Please check into HEAD.

Also.. when I went to create this patch. I noticed that the git repo is still on the 2.x branch... Can the maintainer(s) please create a Git branch for the 3.x releases? Thanks.
