i had got everything up und running. just upgraded to beta8 (from beta6) and keep getting nasty "server error".
downgrading back to beta6 resolves the problem, so it seems to be some module-related problem, as everything
else was untouched?

the log says (for the failing attempts with beta8):

access denied
User Guest (i was logged in as user #1)

I am having the same issue with a clean install of beta8 and SWFUpload 2.2.0. There are no messages being logged, though. Downgrading to beta6 also results in the same issue.
