Addition of option to disable all breadcrumbs (implemented in hook_init) and addition of hook_node 'delete' operation.
Mainly fix for issue #1279308: Error created for new content. Affecting disabling breadcrumb when new node is created.

Addition of hook_node_delete() implementation to tidy up disable breadcrumbs table when a checked node is deleted, Database queries have been re factored to use the database abstraction layer, addition of path functionality in settings.
No issues found. Most further development will be done on the 7.x branch from now on.
