I have 4 or 5 books, one a training book, an HR book and I would like to set up permissions or roles that only allow child pages to be added to one book, by one user or one role.

Is there anyway to do this?

I really want this feature, too. It would be nice to limit books to roles. When I do this with any Content Access module, it tends to cause more headache with other modules -- such as Revisioning or Workflow, which also use access control to hide "unpublished" items.
