anarcat commentedseems like another one we should target for the next rc.
ivan zugec commentedHi,
Is there a workaround for this issue?
Anonymous (not verified) commentedI can't reproduce this on rc7.
Are you sure it isn't a permissions issue re client/platform/profile access control?

to.stepan.kuzmin@gmail.com commentedIt works for me on 0.4-rc1.
anarcat commentedThis seems to be working - ergonlogic, can you try again?
ergonlogicI've upgraded to rc7, and still no luck. I'll try to better isolate the issue. Note that this is the second time I have this issue though.
ore commenteddelete the platform, remove the testing profile out of the drupal-7.0/profiles directory and the other two become available when you reinstall and verify.
ergonlogicRemoving /profiles/testing, then verifying the platform did the trick! No need to delete and re-install the platform.
ergonlogicPutting /profiles/testing back, and verifying the platform makes the original issue recur.
felipe commentedI've got the exactly same behavior as described in this issue. Using the latest omega8cc barracuda script (presumably aegir 1.1?).
netdreamer commentedRe-opened, because I confirm the same issue.
I've installed everyting with Barracuda/Octopus 1.0-boa-T-8.7, then added a custom D7.4 platform (made with drush make, but it doesn't matter...)
Profiles Minimal and Standard are not available in "Add new site" and the platform is not available for "migrate" of any "minimal" or "standard" site.
After a simple re-verify, nothing changed.
After removing the "Testing" profile and re-verifying the platform, everything started to work...

It has been already discussed in the BOA queues, please search there before opening duplicate. In short: delete the Testing profile, delete platform node and add it again.
Closing.
ergonlogicFYI, this is probably related to #1218130: checking "Hide platforms with non-default profiles" breaks D7's minimal and standard profiles

omega8cc commented@ergonlogic
Yes, because in Octopus (but not in Barracuda) we have this option enabled by default, which makes the issue more BOA than Aegir specific.
