Issue Summary
Multiple locations per node (as the location module now allows for) should be supported. I suggest as a first step, just replicating the placemark for each location, but if anybody else has better suggestions, please let me know.

In the current versions of the module, if there are multiple locations attached to a node, only one of them will be included.
