Issue Summary

Currently people with administer users can block a user on the master and Bakery gives status messages about whether that block affected a subsite.

It would be nice if the status message included a link to the subsite.

It would be even better if the message where theme-able and by default included a count of comments/nodes that exist on the subsite for that user.

I think the rest is too use-case specific and would be bloat.
