The _author and author field are assigned in the wrong order. For websites that override the username with the user's full name (as saved in profile) comments won't work because the theme('username', ...) command overrides $user->name.

Patch applies with a little bit of offset and is a trivial fix, doesn't break any existing behaviour. Leaving as needs review for someone more familiar with the form system to double check.
