If would nice to be able to enable Tribune only at certain dates or hours.
And during the rest of the time display an alternative node page where you could put a text explaining that the chat would be open at that time.

I believe this should be handled by another module instead of being tribune-specific.

It shouldn't too difficult to make a node access module that takes dates or hours into account, it might even already exist.
