Issue Summary
I have been using Slider with no problems until today on a production site, both logged in as user 1, and logged out as anonymous user.
Now when I log out the sliders don't work, and I get a vertical scroll bar instead.
Plus I am getting the error message below, even though I only have one slider on a page.
Sliders only display when viewing a slider node by itself on a page. This is because you cannot have multiple sliders on one page. You can switch this message off on the slider admin page.
I was in the process of changing CSS styles for my sliders on the site. I have my own style sheets, not hacking the Slider CSS.
What have I done to make this happen?

seem to have narrowed down the issue to the Custom Pagers module. When the custom pager I had on the site was removed things worked both logged in and out.Well no. Still seem to be having a problem.
Seems to be related but I can't see how yet.
There don't seem to be an user preferences.

I'm having the same problem...have you found any fix to it yet?
I haven't made any site changes in months.

I went back into my slideshow page and re-saved it and it seems to have fixed itself weirdly enough.

Hey,
This happens to me too, I have not touched the css. I just installed and got it to working but when im not logged in I can't see it.

Had to set permissions in Administrator->UserManagement->Permissions and tick view field_slider for each user.
