In the latest dev version I find myself unable to adjust the quantity of products in my cart. When I try, it merely refreshes the page, removing my quantity update. Is this a bug? A module incompatibility?

Curiously, if I don't click the "update cart" button, and merely click "checkout" instead, the quantity is correctly updated.

You change the quantity on the /cart page then press the update button? I can't reproduce that behavior - it works properly for me..

That's precisely what I do, using the most recent dev version. What should I try now?

I can't reproduce this either. Try disabling any modules that may affect the cart page, install another copy of Ubercart and see if the same problem occurs on a new install, or link to your site and see if someone else can reproduce the issue.

You guys are correct - Turn out that it was "node checkout" which was causing this problem - Merely updating it to the most recent release fixed the issue.

The update is not occuring and when I click on Checkout on /cart it does not take me to checkout.
