display contextual for views

Description
In display mode of a block:
Select "Contextual" if you wish to display this block only on pages (vocabulary, terms, content pages) within its vocabulary.And display the block aslo on views within its vocabulary?
I tried hack the code, but I didn't see where I can do it!
