To reduce duplication, and nonsense, users need to be able to flag content for moderator review.

Will this just be questions, or does it also include answers and comments?

Actually, we should avoid things falling into moderator hands, so maybe it would be better if users with a little reputation were able to mark items as duplicated or invalid.

What would be nice is if we had this "flag" feature, but the user needed to select what type of "report" is that:

    Spam
    Offensive
    Other

Also, I believe this would be a better option:
