Added README and a stub API.

All functions have their own doxygen headers, but I don't know how to auto-convert that to standalone documentation.

Sorry if I am helping to derrail the issue in question, but yes... a working example would be wonderful. I've studied the mailmime.inc file but I can't really figure out how to use it.
