Is this a setting or symptom?

Register is OFF inside g2 -

Couldn't find anything else that might control that.

Is this a problem? What's the fix?

are the full names different for that specific user ? if so ? make them match ?

Registration may be off, but i think member profiles are connected.

..profiles don't match - and probably never will Ha!
No "Full Name" field on the Drupal registration (user profiles) side - and no intention of adding one.
Can't find a way to eliminate it inside g2 so far.
