V5 enable issue

Drupal V5 Jan 15th release

Greetings,

I'm having a problem enabling this module: I have the following enabled
Note: Requires content.module, text.module and number.module.
Depends on: Content (missing)

but as you see - it doesn't seem to notice the Content Moudle is enabled

Allows administrators to define new content types.
Required by: Content Copy (enabled), Date (enabled), Fieldgroup (enabled), Fieldgroup Table (enabled), Image (enabled), Link (enabled), Matrix Field (enabled), Node Reference (enabled), Number (enabled), Option Widgets (enabled), Text (enabled), User Reference (enabled), VotingAPI Field (enabled)

Is there something else this module requires to be enabled?

I see the box to enable it - but it won't allow for a select (gray non-active choice)
