Does this module work with boost? As i would like to use it there as boost chaches all pages in static html format so this module would enable some communication within that setup.

p.s.
I did try to use it with boost but seems this module doesnt help

I'm using this module with Boost and they do work nicely together

By going on admin/settings/performance/ajaxify-regions, you can edit all the settings you need.

If you're using Block Cache Alter, then Ajaxify regions will not dynamically load any of the blocks that are already cached. It only loads the ones that are set to not cache.

Yep. That was its intent. I built it for that specific use case (or ones very similar). Glad it worked for what you were trying to do. :-)
