link "remove from favorites" doesn't work

The link doesn't work, the url points to 'favorite_nodes/remove/{id}' instead of 'favorite_nodes/delete/{id}'.

This patch really needs to be committed, as it is central to the functioning of this module.
I noticed that the patch offered to fix it was not in the unified diff format, so I am offering the same patch in such a format.
