Drag and drop content Layout

I was impressed by ease and intuitivness of http://www.impresspages.org drag and drop interface.
Trying to find smth to get me started recreating this in drupal , closes i got was this module.

Do u see smth like this beeing implemented as part of this module or is it out of scope?
