I have latest version of wysiwyg and better formats. I unchecked all better formats options in permissions and then is problem when I editing node with user who have unchecked all options because Wysiwyg editor don't appear. If I checked "Show format selection for nodes" Wysiwyg works good.

The D7 port is not finished. Dev releases are for developers to use at their own risk. When it is there will be an official release.
