Please see attachment. I can't seem to figure out how to get rid of this menu. I thought it would only show up when logged in as an administrator, but it shows up for guests as well. I'm on a very tight deadline and would very much appreciate any help.

Hi ,
It seems this is the permissions issue. Please check the permissions given to anonymous user here -admin/people/permissions.

Didn't find any solutions, there. Any idea which permision would allow this menu to show up? As an anonymous user it still shows up, and I don't see any permissions that would allow that.
