Send account notification settings overwrites the Ubercart settings

When "Send account notification" are not marked the Ubercart "Send new customers a separate e-mail with their account details" gets overwritten.

When a customer orders a signup for themselves they need the account details to change things or view their orders. But when a customer orders many signups only the one who orders should get the account details. Other attendes form the same order don't need their account details.
