How would thiis work for Views blocks?

I really like the module.

However, it does not work on the blocks for New Forum Topics and Recent Forum Topics which are custom Views installed by Advanced Forum. The problem may be my lack of knowledge about how to theme block Views. My Block Theme custom template for adding a border to blocks shows up in the block config page, but when you try to add it and save, it returns 'Page not found.' The custom block theme is listed on the block admin page, but the custom block theme is not rendered.
