My apologies for the guidance to use status "active - needs more info." That was bad guidance. Fixed in the documentation. Fixing this issue.

You don't actually need handbook maintainer status to add pages, just to edit pages you didn't create.
Added handbokk maintainer role, looking forward to your contributions
