I spend half an hour figuring out why this is happening.
This has to do with the setting on the comments administration page.
If you set "Location of comment submission form" to "Display below post or comments" the "add new comment" link won't show up on the userpage (at least when the user has no entries yet, didnt' test other case) -> see screenshot attached
I think this might be useful to know before someone gives up using this module...

fagoyep, but then the form appears, like you have configured it. at least for me?

schnizZzla commentedi didn't test everything, but it works properly for me with or without this "visiblity feature".

So this is what I meant by "visibility feature". I think many people can be confused about that, if they don't know that this is "normal".
