I want to develop a site in Hindi using drupal.

Can anyone help me in implementing Hindi fonts so that

1. data entry can be done in hindi fonts
2. content can be uploaded in hindi.
3. Menu item in hindi

I want to use kruti dev font or chanakya font.

Hi,

you can not use old ttf fonts for Drupal and those old KrutiDev font will not provide you some very important functions as Unicode do.

Use unicode fonts and you will get everything done. you can search data written in Hindi in unicode only.

so consider searching and reading about unicode.

For drupal you just have to install Drupal, enable local module, add Hindi language, import translation which you can get from Drupal site. I think Abhishek Nagar is leading that project. and its done.

you can use unisaraswati to input Hindi on your website.
