Hi, I'm experimenting with CaseTracker and am very impressed...
However, when I assign someone to a Case...
The assigned person's name comes to me in the generated email...
But on the node itself, on the screen... it displays "Anonymous" instead.
And is there a way to configure it so assigned people get emails too?
This is probably the qustion I should have asked first: Can anyone point me to additional documentation outside the CVS notes? I'm just an end-user, I'm not much of a coder or anything...
Thanks so much. -Charlie

At the moment, the README.txt is the only documentation for Case Tracker.
Assigning a person, but having it still show Anonymous, is an unintended bug (and should be filed in the issue queue). When you assign the user, are you waiting for the form to autocomplete, or are you typing in the name completely, then hitting submit?

OK, thank you
I'm typing it in all the way rather than autofill.
BTW, I'm using FireFox on a Mac... the field looks different then the other fields a little bit.
I'll try to stay over with the issues queue now.. thanks on that. I wasn't sure about the proper process.
All the best. -Charlie

but the emails are send to the email-address defined in the siteconfiguration not to the assigned person.
How is it possible to send it to the assigned person?
I use the userprofile and have assigned an email-field.
