First off thank you for this module.
It seems like it's the one i've been looking for.

I'm trying to set a carousel from a view, but i can't find where to set width of the item?
By default the carousel is build with 100px width and can't find where to set it up.

Also i would like to add an aggregator block to the carousel, after the 4 nodes brought by my view how would i go about doing that!?

You can set all the css-attributes in the css-file of the module, which is located in: sites/all/modules/jcarousel/skins/(your skin)/jcarousel-(your skin).css...

Problem is: it's specifying the width in an inline-style, thus making it impossible to control its width through stylesheets (unless with the !important attribute maybe).

Sorry, fired my question too early. It is actually adjusting the width once you've modified it in the mentionned stylesheet indeed.
