I would like to take ownership of this module, because have contacted the owner but got no answer in more than 2 weeks. Another reason is that there is a pending co-maintainer request #1089288: Co-maintainer Request a month ago, we really want to move this module forward.

Just want to state publicly that the maintainer taken 2 months to solve the co-maintainer request. Then, after 3 months, he removed my co-maintainer grants without any previous notification, and finally assigned a new co-maintainer.

I'm disappointed with that behavior, good luck anyway.

Thinking a bit more about this.

The original maintainer has not replied in a timeline manner, that means the module was abandoned, any further action by the original maintainer is IMHO clearly invalid.

I insists on my request to take ownership of this project.

It took you over a year to decide that this was a problem, the normal waiting time is 2 weeks, I'm sorry that you feel aggrieved over this situation, but your request is denied.

@intrafusion, this issue is beyond co-maintainer status. Is about the full maintainer rights of the project and how all the process was handled.

@develCuy the module is no longer abandoned therefore full maintainer rights of the project are not necessary

It is up to you guys then, just don't kick people out without prior notification, that is really nasty and hits directly against Drupal community collaboration values.
