As a moderator, I often find posts of which I'm entirely not sure whether they are spam or not. They substantially match the topic, but might contain a link to a (slightly) suspicious domain in the post body or author homepage URL.

In such cases, I'm usually editing the post and simply remove the questionable links, so the content remains, and everyone is happy.

However, manually editing a post is a cumbersome and time-consuming task. I'd like to have a single link to click on that performs the action for me.

+1 on this. I am managing several community sites (D6, Mollom 6.x-1.15) with a lot of user generated content, and lately, I am seeing a bunch of comments that contain links. These links, along with the content of the comment, appear to be relevant, but in actuality are advertisements.

Here's an example:

Once you have the right knowledge you also understand the risk. Where there is risk you also earn more over there. Investing in wrong companies can lead you to loosing a lot of money but if you study enough and the company is genuine then the risk will indeed pay you back.

I know I could prohibit links and strip out URLs, but I feel that Mollom should be able to catch this sort of thing, and either mark the content as "unsure", or provide an option to remove the links as sun suggested.
