Upon visiting admin/icontact after installing i received the following error...

Fatal error: Call to a member function getResourceIds() on a non-object in /home/drupal/public_html/sites/all/modules/icontact/icontact_ui/includes/icontact_ui.accounts.inc on line 191

apparently you have to add your account info (under Site Configuration>iContact) before you can access this page.

When navigating to /admin/icontact and can't successfully connect to iContact a status message will appear instructing to verify account credentials.
