send 6.x-1.0-alpha5

This is a bugfix release that addresses some low-hanging bugs. Time permitting, a more thorough bugfix release will follow shortly.

Fixes:

#922362: getting the email twice
#941668: db_rewrite_sql problem with i18n (and probably others modules)
#916816: dbprefix problem when save a node send

Views handling is kind of broken, so I have worked around these issues by disabling the default view:
#911936: Fatal error on the 'Email history' tab
#480844: view statistics appears to anonymous users regardless of permissions
