i have added the 9 austrian provinces. i am not sure if the two letters name of the provinces is correct, or if they even exist. so i always took the first two letters.

The -reloaded branch has been merged. It comes with reasonable defaults for most countries in the world, including Austria. According to the UPU, it is not common to put the province name in addresses.
