"Track this post for me" feature

The other day I was reading an interesting post. The question raised in the post was bound to be answered in a couple of days. So I would like to add it to "my tracker", so I could find it back in an easy way. A cheap way of doing this would be by adding a "me too" comment so I could track the post via "my recent posts". But it would be better if I could add another "tracker", apart from the "recent post" and "my recent post", I would like to have a "my bookmarked post".

every node would have a "follow this/bookmark this" option and via the tracker module, I can check this post in a seperate tab (and aldo with RSS)

Does this makes sese and is anyone able/willing to implement it?
