Two things: Drush version and jQuery plugin filenames

Two issues:

1) Drush seems to think that the newest stable version for 6 is 1.4, which looks like it's a ways back!

2) In that version at least the module thinks plugins will be at:
/jquery_ui/jquery.ui/ui/minified/jquery.ui.draggable.min.js
when they are actually at:
/jquery_ui/jquery.ui/ui/minified/ui.draggable.min.js

But this might just be that my version is old and that all changed in the laster version.
