Issue Summary
the theme doesnt give a consistent appearance over the following browsers:
konqueror
firefox
internet explorer 7
u can try the themes here (after creating an accoutn of course ;) http://karkar.in-egypt.net

can you post screenshots
don't have access to Internet Explorer 7 to test.
will try to look into konquerer.

tested with konquerer 3.5.4 and firefox 1.5 can't see any differences. please provide screenshots, examples or more info.
