When I am logged in as user 1, and when I create a quiz, I can select which gradebook to use for that quiz. But when I am logged in as a different role, the dropdown menu is there, but when I click on it there are no options (see attached screenshot). I have double and triple checked that this user role has all permissions for all aspects of the gradebook and the quizzes. Am I doing something wrong, or is this a bug. Thanks.

Are you using og_gradebook also?

Is this other user assigned the role of teacher on the (sitewide) gradebook configuration (if not using og_gradebook) or the group manger (if using og_gradebook)?
